How to upload on to Goodnotes & Notability: 
Download our zip file
Using your desktop computer, unzip the file to reveal two PDFs
Choose your selected Monthly Planner (whether you prefer your weeks start on Sunday or Monday).
If you are able, we recommend that you download the Notability or Goodnotes app on Desktop and import your Monthly Planner from there via desktop. 
Otherwise, email yourself your preferred PDF (or Airdrop the PDF if you have an Apple Device), to be able to access the Monthly Planner on your tablet.
From there, download the Monthly Planner on your tablet.
Import your Monthly Planner onto your selected notetaking application - Notability, Goodnotes, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
